Gantz threatened again to leave the Zionist war cabinet
Today, a member of the Zionist regime's war cabinet threatened to leave the cabinet once again in protest against the decision of the Prime Minister of this regime to approve the new conscription law. |
According to Al-Mayadeen news channel, Benny Gantz, a member of the Israeli war cabinet, said on Monday that he will leave the cabinet if the new conscription law is passed.
He said: We want a solution for military service, not an exemption from it. I repeat once again that the promotion and approval of this law according to the plan of the cabinet harms the unity of our security and therefore this is a red line.
Gantz continued: My friends and I cannot be in a cabinet that approves such a law, especially in wartime.
Gantz had previously threatened to leave the war cabinet if a new conscription law was passed in its current form.
He has threatened to leave Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet if the new law exempting Haredi Jews from military service is passed.
This bill, which is supported by the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, exempts ultra-Orthodox Haredi Jews from military service in this country.
Earlier, Rabbi Zvi Friedman, the leader of the Haredi movement, said that death is better than serving in the Zionist army.
The issue of sending Haredi youth to compulsory service has become one of the controversial issues in recent years in political circles in the Zionist regime.
Many experts and secular authorities of the Zionist regime consider the Haredis to be one of the future threats of this regime. Many Haredis do not believe in this regime, and the only thing that has made them stay in the occupied territories is enjoying the facilities, facilities and monthly salaries of this regime.
