According to the report of the Pakistani media on Tuesday morning, the terrorist and separatist group of the Baloch Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attack on the naval base in the city of Torbat, located in the province of Balochistan.
The immediate reaction of the Pakistani security forces prevented the attackers from entering the naval base and after the exchange of fire, four terrorists were killed.
Pakistani news sources added that the terrorist attack plot was thwarted and the security forces started cleaning operations in the area and arrested other agents involved in this attack.
Last week, the terrorist attack in the port city of Gwadar, located in Baluchistan, Pakistan, failed and 8 attackers were killed after the reaction of the security forces of this country. Two Pakistani soldiers also lost their lives during this attack.
In a statement, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Pakistan, while condemning the terrorist attack on Gwadar port, praised the immediate and effective response of the Pakistani security forces against the terrorists.
