Russia’s Federal Security Service announced that the attacker and his accomplice blew themselves up when they were arrested.
Samara, the sixth largest city in Russia, is located on the banks of the Volga River in the European part of Russia. This city is considered one of the most important economic, industrial and cultural cities in Russia.
