New British and American sanctions against two people associated with Hamas-supporting media networks

In the statement of the British Foreign Ministry, a copy of which was published on the website of this country’s government, it is stated that the assets of Azam Sultane and Mustafa Aish have been blocked due to financial support of the news agency known as “Gaza Now” (GAZA NOW). And British companies and citizens were prohibited from financial dealings with them. They also do not have the right to travel to England and their entry or passage to this country is prohibited.

According to the statement of the British Ministry of Finance, this is the second time that the London government has used the country’s domestic anti-terrorism sanctions system to target those suspected of so-called terrorist acts.

Today’s action is part of a coordinated international effort to prevent the financing of terrorism, protect the financial system and prevent abuse of the UK economy, the statement said.
