A US State Department official resigned in protest of the Joe Biden government's continued support for the Zionist regime's war in the Gaza Strip.

Annel Schelin, who worked in the US Department of State’s Office of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, told The Washington Post on Wednesday that he had repeatedly raised his concerns about arms transfers to Israel. had raised, but it was fruitless.

Previously, in a memo, one hundred employees of the US State Department accused the president of this country of spreading misleading information about the Gaza war and stated that the Zionist regime committed war crimes in Gaza.

Also, more than 130 employees of the US Department of Homeland Security asked the government of this country in a letter to act for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

More than 700 employees of more than 30 American agencies and ministries also wrote to President Joe Biden in November, asking him to support the ceasefire in Gaza.
