report Mehr News Agency quoted Tass, the spokesman of the Russian presidency promised to punish all perpetrators of crimes in Ukraine.
Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman, announced on Thursday that Russia will bring to justice all those responsible for the crimes of the Kiev regime.
Pskov, in response to the recent report of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the United Nations, emphasized that Russia was well aware of these crimes and of course will make sure that those Those who are behind these crimes should be properly punished.
The Kremlin spokesman announced that all the war crimes of the Kiev regime (against Russian forces) are fully documented.
The office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has recently published a report on the torture of Russian prisoners of war in Ukraine. According to this report, human rights activists met with 44 Russian prisoners of war who were held in Ukrainian detention centers in Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, Nikolaev, Sumy, Vinnytsia and Zaporizhia regions from December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024.
