Egyptian Foreign Minister also emphasized the necessity of pressuring the Zionist regime to reopen the land crossings with the Gaza Strip as the most effective way to guarantee the sending of sufficient amounts of humanitarian aid and their distribution in all areas of Gaza, including the northern parts of this strip. did.

Sameh Shoukry noted: Egypt is firmly against any military operation in Rafah city and believes that such military operation will have dire humanitarian consequences for the people of the Gaza Strip as well as the stability of the region.

The Security Council resolution also calls for the immediate and unconditional release of all prisoners and guaranteeing access to humanitarian aid.
