Discovery of drone parts on the border of Romania and Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of Romania announced late on Thursday that it has detected parts of a drone in a field near the Danube river and on the border with Ukraine.

According to Reuters, the Romanian Ministry of Defense along with specialized military and security structures of this country are investigating this event.

It should be said that Romania is a member of NATO. If one of the members of this military alliance is attacked, NATO has a mutual defense obligation. However, Romania says it has found no evidence of a deliberate attack.

Despite the media hype against Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday that the country has no intention of attacking NATO member states. He further stated that if the West provides F-16 fighters to Ukraine, Russia will shoot it down.
