Arrest of 9 people in Tajikistan on suspicion of connection with the terrorist incident in Moscow

Reuters news agency, citing a Tajik security source, announced that the National Security Committee of Tajikistan has arrested 9 people on suspicion of connection and cooperation with the attackers of the Russian terrorist attack.

This source said that all 9 people were transferred to Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.

Last Friday, in a terrorist attack on the concert hall in the city of Crocus in the suburbs of Moscow, the attackers set fire to a part of the hall and started shooting at the same time. During this armed attack, 143 people have lost their lives so far.

On Tuesday, four of the people arrested in connection with the terrorist incident appeared in a court in Russia. These people were all from Tajikistan, but they were working in Russia with temporary or expired visas.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for this massacre, but Moscow says it has also found traces of Ukraine in the said incident.
