According to the foreign policy group Tasnim news agency, Alireza Haghigian, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tajikistan, today, Tuesday, April 14, met “Zoughi Zokhizadeh”, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In this meeting, economic cooperation , trade, free zones and investment of Iranian companies in various sectors of Tajikistan’s industry were examined and opinions were exchanged. The expansion of cooperation between the two countries, he evaluated the quality of goods made in Iran as very good compared to other countries and emphasized the need to further develop cooperation in various economic, commercial, and industrial fields.
Haqiqian emphasized the need to increase the volume of commercial exchanges between the two countries, pointing to the abundant capacities and mutual trade needs, and for this purpose, he announced the readiness of our country to sign a preferential trade agreement with Tajikistan.
The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran considered it important to speed up the implementation of existing documents on economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries, including the long-term cooperation plan and its roadmap, and the readiness of our country to plan the visit of the Minister of Development The economy and trade of Tajikistan along with a group of businessmen and industrialists of this country announced to Iran in the coming months.
