Iran and Russia’s emphasis on confronting crimes with the support of the West

According to the foreign policy group Tasnim news agency, ” Mikhail Evdokimov, the ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Azerbaijan, met and talked with Seyed Abbas Mousavi, the ambassador of our country, at the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran today.

In this meeting, the Russian ambassador, while expressing his condolences, considered the martyrdom of Iranian diplomats and military advisers in Syria as unjustifiable and strongly condemned the crime of the Israeli regime.

He also emphasized on the cooperation and synergy of independent and aligned countries, especially Iran and Russia, to deal with the crimes and interferences that are carried out with the support of the West in different regions of the world.

Caucasus issues and bilateral relations and upcoming regional meetings were among the other topics discussed by the ambassadors in this meeting.

According to Tasnim, the Zionist regime fighters targeted the consular section of the Iranian Embassy on Al-Mezeh Street in Damascus yesterday, Monday.

Syria emphasized: This is a new criminal act and crossing the international red line. As in the past, Iran will respond to the crime of the Zionist regime at the appropriate time and place.
