Politico reported an imminent “collapse” on Ukraine’s front lines

The Ukrainian military described the country's future in the war as bleak and said that the military packages of the West may not be able to help the Kiev army.

Politico wrote in a report about the war in Ukraine that if Russia decides to concentrate its forces to attack in a certain area, the Ukrainian army may see “the collapse of its front lines”.

This publication quoted high-ranking officers of the Ukrainian army who served under the former commander of the Ukrainian armed forces, Valery Zalogeny, and wrote: “The military future for the Ukrainian army is bleak.”

These Ukrainian officers, who spoke to Politico on the condition of anonymity, say: “Because of the large number of Russian military guided air bombs that have been pounding Ukrainian positions for several weeks, Russia will probably be able to penetrate the front lines. and cause it to fall in some parts”. A high-ranking military source continued: “Nothing can help Ukraine at this time; Because there is no new technology that can compensate for the massive mass of military forces that Russia is pouring towards us. We don’t have those technologies, and the West doesn’t have enough of them either.”

Earlier, Elon Musk, the American entrepreneur and owner of the X social network, warned that the longer the war in Ukraine goes on, the more territory Russia will gain and the city of Odessa may also fall.

Elon Musk’s prediction is not much different from the warnings of the President of Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelensky says that if the aid package for Ukraine is not approved by the US Congress, the country’s forces will have to “step back step by step”. He also says that some big cities of Ukraine may fall.

Obviously, Zelensky’s warnings are part of his efforts to get military aid approved in the US Congress, which his forces desperately need. But the truth is that even if the aid package is approved by Congress, it may not be enough to prevent a big mess on the battlefield.
