Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Wednesday asked the Zionist regime to refrain from any military operations in Rafah.
The Prime Minister of Spain stressed that the government of Madrid wants to end violence, respect international laws and facilitate the arrival of aid to the Gaza Strip.
Sanchez added: We are looking for as much as possible to communicate with all involved parties in order to resolve the Gaza Strip crisis.
The Prime Minister of Spain warned that any escalation of tension in the region may have very dire consequences.
Despite the continuing humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, the Zionist regime has long claimed that it intends to attack Rafah. Rafah is the southernmost point of the Gaza Strip and currently houses more than one and a half million displaced people.
