Stoltenberg said: All members agree with the need to support Ukraine at this critical moment, and there is unity in this matter. Ukrainian people continue to defend their country with skill and courage. Their courage is not inexhaustible, but their ammunition is running out.
He added: We must increase aid and ensure that our support is unquestionable. We are working on the process of creating a support framework for Ukraine that is coherent, stable and institutional. A framework based on which depends less on short-term voluntary aid and more on long-term and binding NATO aid.
He went on to repeat the claims that military aid to Ukraine does not make NATO a war party, adding: NATO is a defense alliance and a The defense coalition remains (!)
