The number 2 man of Tahrir al-Sham was killed in Syria

According to the international group Tasnim news agency, “Abomaria Al-Qahtani” is one of the leaders of the “Haye Tahrir al-Sham” group. (former Jabhat al-Nusra) was killed following a bomb explosion in the city of “Sarmada” in Idlib province.

According to Al-Mayadin Network website, the explosion occurred at his residence and a number of his companions were also killed.

Al-Qahtani was previously accused of treason by “Abu Mohammad Al-Julani” and is in prison, but due to pressure, the leaders of Tahrir al-Sham were forced to release him.
