The arrest of eight Mossad spies in Türkiye

The Turkish Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of eight people accused of spying for the Zionist regime.

From Anatolia news agency, the Turkish Ministry of Interior announced in a statement: We arrested a team of eight people who were spying for Israel’s intelligence agency.

Turkey’s Ministry of Interior announced that the members of this team were collecting information from individuals and companies for Mossad.

Turkey’s security apparatus arrested seven people accused of selling information to Mossad last month and announced the efforts of this spy organization to obtain information about certain targets through its mercenaries in Turkey. Turkish security officials had previously arrested 33 people suspected of having relations with the Mossad.

In recent years, despite the good communication between Ankara and Tel Aviv, Mossad spy networks have been discovered many times in Turkey. On July 12 last year, Turkish media sources announced the discovery and destruction of a large active and international espionage network belonging to the Mossad in Istanbul and the arrest of a number of its operatives.
