Israeli intelligence services go to Cairo to negotiate about the prisoners

Israeli officials will travel to Cairo this weekend to discuss the release and exchange of prisoners with mediators.

Mossad head David Barnia, Shin Bet director Ronen Barr, and Israeli army negotiator Nitzan Alon will travel to Cairo this weekend to discuss freedom and exchange with mediators amid the conflict between the regime and Hamas. The date of this visit has not been determined, but it is said that it will probably be on Saturday.

The office of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, agreed last Friday with the return of the Israeli delegation to Qatar to continue the ceasefire negotiations with Hamas in the coming days.

Netanyahu assured Mossad chief David Barnia and Shin Bet chief Ronen Barr that they would have the necessary flexibility to hold talks in Cairo and Doha. Earlier, this delegation had left Qatar’s capital after rejecting the recent ceasefire proposal by Hamas.

Earlier, Axios reported that Bill Burns, the head of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), will go to Cairo to participate in the Israel-Hamas talks, which are being held with the help of Egyptian and Qatari mediators.
