Antonov made these statements after meeting Roman Selzenov, a Russian prisoner in one of the American prisons.
He told reporters about this: It is difficult for me to speak on behalf of the current American government, but if they are preparing these proposals, I want to say that they will be investigated. And the relevant institutions will respond.”
