In this meeting, referring to the capabilities of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in providing specialized Farsi language education services to non-Persian speakers, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Cultural Consultancy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan and the Department of Farsi Language Education to Non-Persian Speakers.

Hosseini said in this meeting that Iran’s cultural consultancy in Kabul is ready to provide educational services to students who wish to study in the universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

He added that the real situation in Afghanistan is different from the virtual arena and it is necessary to restore the meaning and concept of cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Afghan government.
