According to the Palestinian Sama news agency, Egyptian sources announced progress in the ceasefire negotiations between Hamas and the Zionist regime in Cairo. An unnamed senior Egyptian official told Al-Qaira News that all the involved parties have agreed on the basic points.

According to this report, the delegations of Hamas and Qatar have left Egypt and will return within the next 2 days to resume talks on the draft of the final agreement, although the parties’ consultations will continue during this time.

In this regard, Zia Rashvan, head of the Egyptian Journalists Syndicate, said: What I saw from the meetings in Cairo confirms that an agreement is about to be signed.

On the other hand, a senior Palestinian official told Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen network: So far, no progress has been made in the negotiations, and the Zionist media resorted to fake news and deception to deceive their public opinion. If there is a new issue in the negotiations, it will be announced according to the official media sources of the Palestinian people.

Official comments from the US, the Zionist regime and Hamas have not been reported yet.

Earlier, Channel 13 of the Zionist regime reported that the US is leading the current round of cease-fire negotiations and exerting tremendous pressure on all parties to the negotiations. This Zionist media claimed that all parties are more flexible than before They show themselves.

Channel 13 of the Zionist regime also stated that America is putting pressure on all parties, including the Zionist regime, to reach an agreement, and claimed: Israel (regime) is losing its means of pressure and Hamas wants to reach an agreement.

An American official also told this Zionist media that we are closer than ever to reaching an agreement. Earlier, an American official said that William Burns, the head of the CIA, will lead the American delegation in Cairo negotiations.

Hamas announced in a statement on Sunday night that the delegation of this movement entered Cairo and met with the Egyptian Minister of Information Abbas Kamel. He emphasized his national demands and insistence on reaching an agreement that would lead to the complete cessation of the war in Gaza, the withdrawal of the occupying forces from this strip, the free return of the refugees to their homes, the provision of aid to the Palestinians, the beginning of the reconstruction of the destruction caused by the enemy’s attacks, and the achievement of an agreement for exchange. Prisoners should be led to Hamas and other resistance groups in Gaza for the purpose of freeing Palestinian prisoners against Israeli prisoners.

The Hamas delegation also emphasized the insistence of Palestinian movements and groups on the realization of national goals, the formation of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the realization of the right of return and self-determination.
