Destruction of the large air defense base donated by the West to Ukraine in Odessa

The Russian Ministry of Defense in a statement about the destruction of several air defense systems, a radar device and a large base of air defense systems donated by the West to Ukraine during the attack of the Russian army on Sunday night in different parts of the country. including the port city of Odessa and its suburbs.

According to the Monday morning report of Rasha Todi, in this statement, no more information was provided about the attack on the Ukrainian helicopter base, but a large explosion occurred in the city of Odessa, which is believed to have occurred at the main Ukrainian helicopter base in this city. It was followed by several secondary explosions.

This statement adds: In a separate attack on a port facility located on the outskirts of Odessa, a fuel warehouse was targeted and a large fire was observed in this place.

According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the forces of this country succeeded in different areas, at least 2 S-300 air defense systems (belonging to the former Soviet era) as well as a very high frequency early warning radar P-18 (belonging to the era ex-Soviet) to destroy Ukraine.

According to Rasha Today, Kiev refers to its naval drones as an indigenous weapon that it has repeatedly used to attack the Russian Black Sea fleet, but the Russian Defense Ministry considers these drones to be part of the weapons donated to Ukraine by the West.
