He added: Germany has not violated the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and international humanitarian law, and will fully raise this issue in the International Court of Justice.
Nicaragua is supposed to present its complaint to the International Court of Justice in The Hague today, and Germany will respond to it the next day.
In a 43-page document submitted to the court, Nicaragua has asserted that Germany violated the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which was signed in the wake of the Holocaust. .
