Zionist officials denied significant progress in the negotiations between Israel and Hamas in Cairo. |
Senior officials of Hamas and the Zionist regime, with the mediation of Qatar and Egypt, are negotiating in Cairo to establish a ceasefire and exchange prisoners. However, there are many conflicting news about the process of these negotiations, which cannot be said with certainty.
According to Al Jazeera, the Zionist publication Yediot Aharonot today (Monday) denied the report of the Egyptian media about the significant progress made in the negotiation process between Hamas and Israel.
A Zionist official, who did not want to be named, told Yediot Aharonot about this: We still cannot imagine an agreement between the parties. The difference between the two sides is huge and we should not expect a sudden change in the positions of the sides.
Another senior Zionist official also told this publication: We need patience now. An agreement is possible, but we haven’t reached it yet.
Earlier, Yoav Gallant, the Minister of War of the Zionist regime, called the present time the best opportunity to reach an agreement for the release of the Zionist prisoners. He threatened that if the parties do not reach an agreement, Israel is ready to take any action necessary in Gaza. i class=”fa fa-circle”/> International West Asia
