Hamas appreciates Nicaragua’s complaint against Germany in the Hague Court

Quoting the Palestinian Sama news agency, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas announced in a statement that Nicaragua filed a complaint against Germany in the International Court of Justice for its participation in the genocide in Gaza and demanded the cessation of support. The military of this country has become a Zionist occupation regime.

In the complaint against Germany, Nicaragua also demanded measures to ban arms exports to this regime. Hamas added: We ask the free countries of the world to follow the path of Nicaragua, South Africa and other countries that refused to close their eyes to the crimes of the Zionist enemy supported by Western countries in Gaza.

This statement states: We ask the International Court of Justice to make a firm decision to stop the war and genocide in Gaza in the face of the Zionist enemy who has ignored international resolutions and laws.

Today (Monday), the Nicaraguan government filed a petition to the “International Court of Justice” in the Netherlands, demanding to stop sending German weapons to the Zionist regime. Today, Nicaragua asked the International Court of Justice to prevent Germany from providing military aid to Israel. /p>

The country accused Berlin of supporting acts of genocide and violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza. “Carlos Jose Arguello Gomez”, Nicaragua’s ambassador to the Netherlands, said that Berlin ignores its obligations to international laws by continuing to provide military aid to Israel.

He emphasized: There is no doubt that Germany was well aware of the genocide, but it continues to support Israel.

The case raised by Nicaragua comes when many human rights organizations around the world have applied to this Dutch court to stop sending weapons to the Zionist regime. After the United States, Germany is the second exporter of weapons to the occupied territories, and this flood of weapons has intensified and continued the genocide in Gaza.
