The proposal of the Zionist regime does not satisfy any of the demands of the Palestinians

Hamas announced early Tuesday that the Zionist regime’s proposal of Qatari and Egyptian mediators does not meet any of the demands of the Palestinians.

According to the Reuters report, however, the movement added in a statement that it will study the proposal and submit its answer to the mediators, however, it described the position of the Zionist regime as inconsistent.

One of the leaders of Hamas told Reuters on Monday that the Palestinian movement rejected the Israeli offer for a cease-fire that was made during the Cairo talks. Because Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime, announced a date for the invasion of Rafah, the last refuge of displaced Palestinians in this strip.

On Sunday, the Zionist regime and Hamas sent two delegations to Egypt to participate in negotiations with the mediation of Doha and Cairo, as well as William Burns, director of the CIA. Burns’ participation in the negotiations shows the involvement of America in the negotiations.

However, Ali Barkat, one of the leaders of Hamas, announced that Hamas rejects the terms of the ceasefire proposed by the Zionist enemy in Cairo. Another leader of the movement had previously told Reuters that no progress had been made in the talks.

Another Hamas official, who asked not to be named, added: “There is no change in the positions of the occupiers, and therefore there is nothing new in the negotiations in Cairo, and no progress has been made so far.”

The Zionist regime has announced that it is willing to reach a prisoner exchange deal under which it would release some Palestinian prisoners held in its prisons in exchange for the release of prisoners held in Gaza, but the regime is ready to end the offensive. It is not military before the invasion of Rafah.

Hamas wants any agreement to guarantee the end of the military attack of the Zionist regime, the withdrawal of the occupying forces from Gaza and the return of the refugees to their homes throughout Gaza. However, the Zionists have repeatedly stated that these demands of Hamas are not acceptable.
