According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, Hamid Karzai, the former president of Afghanistan, in a message on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, stated that without education and knowledge, progress and development of this country is not possible. He emphasized on the girls and said that if we want an independent, prosperous and progressive Afghanistan, we must pay serious attention to education.
Karzai also emphasized in this message that the Afghan government provide the ground for women to return to work so that this section of the society can get their rights and this country will distance itself from backwardness.
