Palestinian Red Crescent: Aid trucks to Gaza are half full

The Palestine Red Crescent Society rejected the Zionists' claim of large-scale influx of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The Zionist regime, which is now facing heavy accusations of genocide in Gaza, has claimed that more humanitarian aid will enter this area in recent days. However, evidence, statistics and figures show that Tel Aviv is lying in this matter.

According to Al Jazeera, the Palestine Red Crescent Society today (Tuesday) rejected the claim of the Zionists regarding the statistics of the arrival of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The Zionist regime has claimed that yesterday (Monday) 419 trucks carrying humanitarian aid, which is the highest number since the war, managed to enter the Gaza strip.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society and the United Nations have rejected Tel Aviv’s claims and stated that due to Israel’s new inspection rules, the trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza were half-loaded.

Palestinian Red Crescent says that only 350 trucks entered Gaza yesterday, but UNRWA announced this figure as 223 trucks, which is much less than the 500 trucks needed by the people of Gaza daily.

Jens Larkey, the spokesperson of the Office of the Coordinator of Humanitarian Aid, said: We are now facing heavy restrictions on the distribution of humanitarian aid inside Gaza. In March alone, Israel refused to allow half of the trucks to enter northern Gaza for distribution to Palestinians.

Although Israel claims to reopen the Beit Hanoun crossing to facilitate the arrival of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza in the north of this strip, no truck went to this area during the past day to distribute essential items.
