The brutality of the Zionist regime in Gaza is so unique that even the close partners of this regime are forced to make superficial criticisms of the incident in order to satisfy the public opinion. The request for boycott of Israel is one of the topics that is seriously discussed in the Western societies.
According to Al Jazeera, today (Wednesday) France moderated its harsh statements of imposing sanctions against Israel in order to facilitate the arrival of aid to Gaza.
On this basis, the French Foreign Ministry announced that there is currently no immediate plan to impose sanctions on Israel in order to facilitate the arrival of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Stephen Sejourn, the French Foreign Minister, said in this regard: We do not currently have a plan for a general boycott of Israel. However, Paris has recently sanctioned some extremist Israeli settlers in the West Bank for undermining peace in the region and will continue to do so.
Although Paris has announced the option of sanctioning the Zionist regime to help the Palestinians, Paris has not yet taken any practical steps to put pressure on Tel Aviv to stop the genocide in Gaza.
