Stefan Dujarric, the spokesman of the United Nations Secretary General, said in this regard: More than 6 million people have been displaced inside Sudan, and nearly 2 million others have been displaced in Sudan. Neighboring countries have fled. Also, nearly 24 million people in Sudan need help.

Dujarric also stated that next Monday, Paris will host a humanitarian conference about Sudan and its neighbors, and France, Germany and the European Union will participate in this conference.

Dujarric continued: They will also want to improve the delivery of humanitarian aid so that agencies can deliver life-saving aid to communities in need at the right time. The Secretary General of the United Nations will also send a video message in this conference.
