report Mehr News According to Sputnik, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted in an interview with “Bild” newspaper that German Chancellor Olaf Schultz will not send “Taurus” missiles to Ukraine.
Zelensky cited Shultz’s fear of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s nuclear threats as the reason for this.
In an interview with a domestic newspaper, Shultz emphasized his previous positions on sending missiles and troops to Ukraine and said: As the head of the government, he should be responsible for issues related to war. and to take responsibility for the peace and security of Europe, and this responsibility is also related to the Taurus missile.
He added: In parallel with firmly supporting Ukraine, one issue is important to me, and that is that we will do our best to prevent the escalation of this war. We will, and I mean the war between Russia and NATO.
The German Prime Minister added: We will not send our soldiers to Ukraine, and in addition, to send each of the weapons packages, we will analyze all aspects depending on the situation. We will analyze and for this reason I have made my decision about (Taros missile and sending troops).
