Bloomberg: US and Venezuelan officials had a secret meeting

Bloomberg wrote: Representatives of US President Joe Biden’s government met with Jorge Rodriguez, the main representative of Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro’s government, on Tuesday in Mexico City and reviewed the electoral conditions in Venezuela.
