Saudi Arabia called on all parties to exercise restraint

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia called for restraint on the part of the parties on Sunday morning in response to the extensive missile and drone response of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the aggressive actions of the Zionist regime.

According to the official news agency of Saudi Arabia (WAS), the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia states: We express our deep concern about the escalation of developments and military tension in the region and its serious consequences.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry added: We ask all parties to exercise maximum restraint and keep the region and its residents safe from the dangers of war.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced on Saturday night that dozens of drones and missiles were fired at the occupied territories and positions of the Zionist regime. Iran in Damascus and the martyrdom of a group of our country’s military commanders and advisers in Syria, the IRGC Aerospace Force hit certain targets inside the occupied territories by firing dozens of missiles and drones.

The representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the United Nations also announced: Iran’s military action was based on Article 51 of the United Nations Charter regarding legitimate defense in response to the aggression of the Zionist regime on our country’s diplomatic facilities in Damascus.
