Such a failure was caused by the obstruction of the three permanent members of the Security Council, that is, the United States, the United Kingdom and France, who had tried to prevent the Security Council from taking action against the Israeli regime for more than six months in order to absolve this regime of any responsibility for the massacre. in Gaza, protect them.
