According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, press office The governor of the Taliban government in Herat announced in a statement that “Alim Khan Yasin Gildiyev”, the ambassador of Kazakhstan in Kabul, met with the governor and a number of other officials of the province during his trip to Herat province.
According to this announcement, in this meeting, the ambassador of Kazakhstan and the local officials of the Taliban government discussed about increasing the volume of exchanges between businessmen, reducing customs tariffs and solving businessmen’s challenges and issuing visas to them.
Taliban removed from the list of banned organizations in Kazakhstan
Herat governor’s press office also announced that the “Kazakh Trade House in Herat” has been opened to increase trade between Kabul and Astana in this province.
According to this announcement, a tripartite conference between Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan will be held in the near future hosted by Astana.
It should be noted that Kazakhstan recently also removed the Taliban from the list of terrorist groups under its sanctions.
