According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, “Hasan Kazemi Qomi, Special Representative of the President and Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, and Amir Khan Motaghi, the Foreign Minister of the Taliban government, discussed regional developments, strengthening relations and other bilateral issues.
Motaghi evaluated the relations between the two countries as friendly and positive in this meeting and wanted to expand the relations as much as possible in all fields.
According to the announcement Published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban government, Kazemi Qomi expressed gratitude for Afghanistan’s position against the open aggression of the Zionist regime in Gaza and condemning the attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus.
