According to Tasnim News Agency, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, on Tuesday evening with Iraqi National Security Adviser Qasim al-Aarji met and discussed.
This meeting was held on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg Security Summit in Russia. They agreed on holding a meeting of its sub-committees as soon as possible.
Al-Araji described Iraq’s relations with Iran as strategic and emphasized the implementation of the parliament’s resolution regarding the expulsion of American coalition military forces.
