Kabulov stated that the UN must have Kabul’s agreement to hold the third round of the Doha meeting, otherwise these meetings will not yield results.
He also stated that the governments of the world should maintain their relations with Afghanistan through bilateral mechanisms instead of using multilateral contact mechanisms.
