Vasily Anokin, Russia’s appointed head of the Smolensk region, said: Our region is again under the fire of Ukrainian drone attacks.
He added: The refinery fire did not have any victims and the firefighting teams are extinguishing the fire.
In the pictures published on a Telegram channel, the size of the fire in this refinery seems extensive.
Also, Igor Artamonov, the governor of Liptsk region in southwestern Russia, said that a drone crashed in the industrial area of the region. According to him, following this attack, the residents of the area have been evacuated.
