According to the international group Tasnim news agency, Ryanovsi news agency quoted Sergei Ryabkov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Russia writes that Moscow will consider reducing diplomatic relations with Washington if the plan of the Western governments to seize the assets of the Russian government goes ahead.
Earlier, Western sources have reported that the G7 countries are considering a plan to use $300 billion of seized Russian assets to support Ukraine.
