The 52-year-old Prime Minister of Spain unexpectedly announced on Wednesday, April 24 (May 5) that he is considering his resignation.

According to this media, Pedro Sánchez cited the corruption complaint against his wife “Bagona Gomez” as the reason.

Sanchez then canceled all his official appointments.

He also indicated that he wanted to think about “whether it is worth it to remain in the position of the head of government, given the quagmire in which the right and extreme right are politically active. has it or not?”

Sanchez now said: I have decided, if possible, to continue my work as head of government with more power.
