Accordingly, the order of the Russian Defense Minister was issued while US President Joe Biden last week signed the congressional resolution to allocate 61 billion dollars in military aid to Ukraine.

These aids include artillery equipment, rocket systems, anti-tank ammunition and other types of weapons.
