In the first phase of this plan, a ceasefire will be established on the borders of Lebanon and the occupied territories, in the second phase, the Lebanese armed forces will move 10 kilometers away from the border with occupied Palestine until the army forces Lebanon and UNIFIL are located in these areas. In the third stage, negotiations between Beirut and Tel Aviv will begin to resolve the border problems between Lebanon and Israel. As a precondition for the end of the conflict in the south of Lebanon, the French returned to Beirut with some changes in the initial plan.
