He continued that the agreement of the Hamas movement with the proposal of the mediation brothers in Egypt and Qatar was made as a result of long-term and complex and continuous negotiations over the past weeks and months. Many proposals were made in these negotiations that did not meet the conditions of resistance and the demands of the Palestinian nation, but we stuck to our demands and showed flexibility whenever possible.
Hamadan pointed to the positive spirit and responsibility of Hamas in all stages of these negotiations and emphasized that this movement tried to eliminate all obstacles to reach a favorable agreement. Hamdan stated that the plan agreed to by Hamas provides for the minimum demands of the Palestinian people and resistance, Hamas has been very responsive and flexible towards the proposals of the mediators, and wherever possible, it has made calculated retreats in this regard.
This senior leader of Hamas emphasized that at the same time the mentioned proposal, the basic demands of the nation and our resistance in the permanent cessation of aggression and the complete withdrawal of the occupiers from Gaza and the return of the refugees And it provides relief and reconstruction of Gaza and the end of the siege of this area, and a real and serious exchange of prisoners will be carried out.
Based on the agreement of the Hamas movement with the plan proposed by Qatar and Egypt regarding the exchange of prisoners and a cease-fire with Israel, a phased agreement will be made, the duration of which will be 124 days. . The first stage will be 40 days and the other two stages will be 42 days.
During this period, the exchange of prisoners and bodies of Palestinian martyrs and the bodies of Zionist prisoners will take place, and at the same time, a ceasefire will be held in Gaza and the occupying forces will withdraw from Gaza. Equipment for the reconstruction of Gaza will be sent to this area.
Despite the international community’s acceptance of the Hamas plan, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, rejected this plan and claimed that Israel’s demands were considered in this plan. Israel’s military pressure through military operations in the city of Rafah will force Hamas to accept Tel Aviv’s conditions.
