“Ishaq Dar” continued: We must take care of our interests, look at our obligations, and the government must take a decision on this matter considering the interests of Pakistan.
He further added: Pakistan is an independent country and as we respect the sovereignty of others, we expect others to respect the sovereignty of Pakistan.
Pakistan and Iran signed a gas purchase and sale agreement in June 2009 for a pipeline that would transport 750 to 1,000 million cubic feet per day of gas from Iran’s South Pars field to Pakistan, which lacks It has energy, it supplies.
