According to the report of the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, “Noor Mohammad Saqib, Minister of Guidance, Hajj and Awqaf of the Taliban government, has gone to Turkey at the invitation of Ali Arbash, head of the Religious Affairs Department of Turkey, to participate in the consultative meeting of the scholars of the Islamic world, which is being held in Istanbul.
According to the announcement published by the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Awqaf of the Taliban government, in this conference, the ways out of the challenges and dangers facing the Islamic Ummah and humanitarian and humanitarian issues will be discussed and exchanged.
The announcement added that the participants in this conference will also discuss the necessity of Islamic unity and adopting a single position on common Islamic issues.
Since the Taliban regained power in Afghanistan, Turkey has established good relations with Kabul and expanded cooperation with this country.
It should be mentioned that last November, in a meeting with Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Motaghi, the Turkish Foreign Minister stressed that Ankara does not accept any armed opposition in Afghanistan.
