The meeting of the head of the political office of Hamas with the head of the Turkish intelligence service

report Mehr News Agency quoted Al Jazeera, “Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas” and “Ibrahim Kalen”, the head of the Turkish intelligence service Met, met and discussed with each other.

The Hamas movement issued a statement in this regard and announced: In this meeting, the developments in the Gaza Strip in the shadow of the agreement of the Hamas movement with the proposal of the mediators, the attack of the occupiers on the city of Rafah and Some other cities of the Gaza Strip, including the cities located in the north of the Gaza Strip, were discussed and investigated after this declaration of agreement and the defeat of the efforts of the mediators to reach an agreement that would lead to the cessation of the war and the establishment of a ceasefire.

Also, according to the announcement of Hamas, Haniyeh is concerned about the recent positions of “Rejab Tayyip Erdogan” and especially the country’s decision to join the complaint against the Zionist regime in the International Criminal Court. He appreciated the cessation of trade with the occupying regime.

Hamas movement stated that in this meeting, Haniyeh handed over a special file including the actions of the Zionist occupation regime in torturing Palestinian prisoners and documented information in this regard to Kallen.

Based on this statement, Kalen emphasized Turkey’s firm position regarding the Palestinian issue, efforts to stop the war and support the Palestinian nation and their legitimate rights, and announced that Turkey will follow up on the case of Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of the Zionist regime.
