The advisor to the Russian president continued: Belusov (the new Russian defense minister) and Shoigu (the new secretary of the Russian Security Council) will participate in the informal meeting between Putin and Xi Jinping in China.

Ushakov further added: A large volume of bilateral documents, including commercial documents, has been prepared for Putin’s visit to China. The leaders of the two countries will also discuss international cooperation, including cooperation within the framework of the United Nations and BRICS.
