According to the international group Tasnim News Agency, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a message on the occasion The martyrdom of Seyed Ebrahim Raeesi, the president of our country, wrote: Unfortunately, I found out that my valuable colleague, friend and brother Mr. Seyed Ebrahim Raeesi, the president of Iran, has passed away. I ask God Almighty for mercy for them.
He added: I ask God Almighty for mercy for those who were in the helicopter with the late Raisi, including the foreign minister and other passengers. First of all, I express my deepest condolences to the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mr. Seyed Ali Khamenei, the friendly and brotherly people, the government and the families of the late Raisi and other passengers.
From Mr. Raisi who I witnessed, during his mission, he made many efforts to calm the people and our region. We remember him well.
As Turkey, as always, we will stand by our Iranian neighbors in these sad and difficult days.
