The Associated Press stated that the suspension of this news agency was not due to its content, but due to the arbitrary use of the foreign media law by the Israeli government.
Hebrew-speaking sources announced that in addition to the closure of Al-Jazeera offices in Israel (occupied territories), this network also has the right to broadcast in the occupied territories in English and Arabic.
