As the ambassador of your country, you met with the foreign minister of Iran. What do you think was his most important personality trait? How would you describe him in terms of hard work and dynamism?
I was deeply affected by hearing the news of the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi, the honorable president and foreign minister and their companions. Amir Abdullahian was a wonderful person. His poise, humility, accuracy and foresight deeply impressed me. He was very kind to me personally. In terms of personality, I think that he was one of the most important politicians in the world.
In your opinion, how serious was he in protecting Iran’s national interests? >
He had a deep view on geopolitical issues. From a strategic point of view, he was transparent and strongly committed to pursuing Iran’s interests.
How effective were his actions in strengthening relations between Iran and your country?
Amir Abdullahian had a close relationship with Pakistan and his goal was to stabilize and consolidate the relations between Islamabad and Tehran. He visited Pakistan at the end of January with the aim of strengthening mutual trust between the leaders and people of the two countries.
When the foreign minister visited Pakistan again in April with the honorable president of Iran, he had extraordinary meetings with the officials of this country and in consolidating and deepening relations We played a significant role and this role will be remembered for many years.
In my country, people are grieving and expressing their heartfelt sympathy. These two characters were really popular in Pakistan and have a place in the hearts of our people. The people of Pakistan are still with the Iranians at this critical and bitter moment.
